John Thornby
PRESIDENT
Irvine Technology Corporation
John Thornby is the President of the Irvine Technology
Corporation. Prior to his current position, he held the position of Director of
Software Development with The First American Title Insurance Company. Thornby started
his career in the technology industry in 1977, and has held numerous positions as
a Senior Programmer and Application Development Manager focusing on software architecture
and development for financial systems. He has served in various senior level positions
providing IT solutions to such notable companies as the Cendant Corporation, Avco
Financial Corporation, Yamaha Motor Corporation, PepsiCo, Denny's, AMF Voit and
SM Systems. Thornby grew up in the state of Florida and is a graduate of the University
of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1975.
He is a past board member of California State University, Fullerton for the Object
Oriented and Client Server Curriculums.

Nicole McMackin
MANAGING PARTNER
Irvine Technology Corporation
Nicole McMackin is the Managing Partner of Irvine Technology
Corporation. She has been with ITC over seven years and initially served in the
role as Vice President of Sales. Nicole has an established career in sales and management
with a strong emphasis of account management within fortune 300 organizations. Nicole
began her career in staff augmentation services with a locally based Orange County
company, Abbott Resource Group, where she was quickly recognized as one of the top
performers company wide for both her strong leadership skills as well as her unprecedented
sales figures. Later, Nicole then transitioned to Advecta IT whereby she sold and
managed multiple premier accounts as well as led a large team of account managers
and recruiters. Nicole grew up in Southern California and is a graduate of the University
of California at Irvine, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science.

Kevin Orlando
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Kevin Orlando is the Chief Financial Officer of
Irvine Technology Corporation. Orlando started his career in the financial field
in 1986 and has held various positions as a Sr. Accountant, Sr. Financial Analyst,
Controller, Direct of Budgeting, Director of Finance, and now recently as VP of
Finance for the Irvine Technology Corporation. He has served in various senior level
positions in the finance/accounting arena with such notable organizations as Farrwell
Publishing, the City of Philadelphia, Cendant Corporation, and The First American
Corporation. Orlando grew up in Philadelphia and is a graduate of Temple University,
where he graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Marc Rodriguez
DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT
Marc Rodriguez has over 15 years experience in
the Recruitment and Placement of IT Professionals for Fortune 100 – 1000 companies.
Marc has spent the last 6 years with Irvine Technology Corporation and is the Director
of Recruiting where he has oversight of a Sr. Recruiting Team and concurrently runs
a Recruiting Desk.
Prior notable responsibilities in the Staffing Industry have included Regional Management
of 3 Branch offices in Southern California for McDonnell Douglas Technical Services
where Marc managed a staff of 13 Sales and Recruiting professionals with a combined
revenue of 25 million in Sales.
Marc graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Liberal
Studies back when he still thought he was going into the Teaching profession—however,
Recruiting and the Staffing Industry quickly dispelled those notions!
Marc Rodriguez is a ‘native’ to Southern California and, with his family, enjoys
all the activities this region has to offer.

Amanda Pearce
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Amanda Pearce oversees the Human Resources Department
at Irvine Technology Corporation. She has worked in Human Resources within ITC since
2006. Along with the HR Duties, Amanda also handles all Benefits, Compliance, and
Payroll functions for the company. She has been in the HR field since she found
her passion for it at California State University, Long Beach where she earned a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
