that has been devised to specifically meet the clients needs. We conduct a variety
of searches, to include: direct sourcing from competitors, utilization of ITC's
proprietary database, User Groups (both 'physical' as well as on-line communities),
internet database/job board recruiting, employee referral programs and current client
resource satisfaction surveys. This methodology coupled with ITC's intense screening
processes of candidates has enabled ITC attract and retain the best caliber of individuals
in the market place.
